Above Business Incubator Program
Above Consulting has mentored and advised more than 1,000 entrepreneurs through its business consulting and advisory programs. Through collaborations with partner organizations, over 170 entrepreneurs have also completed our structured business incubator program. Building on this experience, the Above Business Incubator Program offers a nine-week, instructor-led curriculum—delivered live on Zoom and open to participants anywhere—designed to help entrepreneurs develop the knowledge, tools, and mindset to start and grow a sustainable business.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this program, participants will:
Develop the knowledge and tools to start and grow a business — including how to evaluate opportunities, define a viable business model, and plan for sustainable operations.
Gain practical skills in core business disciplines — such as marketing, financial management, operations, and customer development.
Understand how to make informed business decisions using data, budgeting, and performance metrics.
Build an actionable business plan and go-to-market roadmap tailored to their own venture.
Strengthen entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capabilities — including problem-solving, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
Establish a network of peer entrepreneurs and mentors to support continued learning and growth beyond the program.
What you’ll learn
Business Planning: business model, market validation, and go-to-market plan.
Marketing & Sales: customer segmentation, positioning, channels, and sales process.
Financial Management: budgeting, forecasting, pricing, cash flow, and KPIs.
Operations & Readiness: core processes, tools, and compliance basics.
Format & schedule
Duration: 9 weeks, live sessions (Zoom) + weekly assignments.
Peer learning: structured breakout discussions and collaboration.
Advising: access to office hours with Above Consulting (1:1 support for each cohort).
