Patrick O’Regan, Senior Consultant – Entrepreneurship

Patrick brings over two decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, legal practice, and academic instruction. He teaches entrepreneurship, finance, and business law at the University of San Francisco’s School of Management and has mentored emerging founders across diverse industries.

As a founder and former CEO of Nobska Technologies Inc., Patrick led the development of intellectual property strategy, regulatory compliance frameworks, and market positioning initiatives within the water treatment and reuse sector. He also founded and led O’Regan & O’Regan, a law practice that operated successfully for over two decades, advising businesses on legal and strategic matters.

Patrick holds a BA in Economics from Brown University, a JD from Suffolk University Law School, an MBA with an emphasis in International Finance from Trinity College Dublin, and an LLM in Technology, Innovation, and Law from the University of Edinburgh.
