Eddie Tang, Founder & CEO

Eddie Tang is the founder and CEO of Above Consulting Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in institutional entrepreneur development partnerships and strategic business advisory.

With over a decade of experience in business consulting, finance, and operational strategy, Eddie has led the design and implementation of structured entrepreneur development programs serving diverse small business communities. His work focuses on building practical systems that strengthen business performance, improve financial discipline, and support sustainable growth at scale.

Prior to founding Above Consulting, Eddie worked at CIBC, where he managed a financial portfolio exceeding $100 million and advised business clients on financial strategy and growth planning. Earlier in his career, he worked as an electrical engineer overseeing large-scale automation systems for Xiamen International Airport.

Eddie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
