Dr. Elicia Robinson-Tomek, Senior Consultant

Dr. Elicia Robinson-Tomek is a Leadership Psychologist and Executive Coach specialising in relational intelligence, leadership development, and organisational change. As Founder and Chief Coaching Officer of Venn Leadership Ltd, she works with senior leaders across the private, public, and international sectors — including executives in private equity, defence, public health, and diplomats across the European Union and Sub-Saharan Africa — helping them lead with greater clarity, presence, and impact.

As Senior Leadership Development Specialist at UNIDO — the UN's economic growth agency — Elicia is pioneering their programmatic infrastructure for transformative leadership growth, infusing the human dimension of leadership into its business capability-building. She also serves as a Visiting Lecturer and Advisory Board Member at the University of Exeter Business School. Across all of it — the coaching, the development work, the institutional partnerships — the mission is the same: elevating how leaders see, think, and engage with the people and systems at play.

Dr. Robinson-Tomek is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a PhD in the Psychology of Change from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, and is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
